The Children’s Center
$125,000

CAPA
$43,600

CAPA
CAPA received funding to renovate their Open Arm’s Children’s Home. The grant will be used to purchase furniture, blinds and add a fresh coat of paint to create a warm nurturing environment for children. This transformation will improve the functionality, as well as the appearance of the Open Arm’s Children’s Home.

Hopeful Horizons
$75,000

The grant to Hopeful Horizons provides funding to upgrade their emergency domestic violence shelter in Beaufort. The interior repairs, replacements and addition will significantly improve living conditions for the shelter residents; revitalize the shelter’s atmosphere; and create more welcoming living spaces.

Volunteers in Medicine

The Second Helpings grant renovated their truck fleet with new e-tracks, custom crates, food scales, and battery boosts to make transporting food more efficient and safer.
