The Phoenix Companies – A Remarkable Partnership
The Wexford Foundation would like to recognize Matt Shkor and Walid Karim of the Phoenix Companies for their Builder Sponsorship Program in 2025 / 2026. For each of their twelve new homes sold in the Wexford Community, the Phoenix Companies has pledged $5,000 to the Foundation, with donations made in the name of each new homeowner. By the end of 2025, their generosity has led to 8 contributions totaling $40,000, providing important support for the Foundation’s mission in 2026. This unique commitment is greatly appreciated by the Foundation.
